“Clinic Chat” also known as “Clinic Chat, LLC” offers the option to our customers to engage in conversations with an artificially intelligent chatbot related to health promotion and illness prevention and management. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for HELP. Reply STOP to cancel. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-in consent data, mobile numbers or personal information from mobile subscribers will not be shared or sold to third parties.
INFORMATION COLLECTION for Web-based and SMS messaging:
We collect the following from users of our chatbots regardless of whether they use a web-based or phone-based bots:
- Date and time of questions posed to any chatbot
- Questions posed to any chatbot by a user
- Answers provided by any chatbot to the user
We collect the following from users of our phone-based bots:
- telephone numbers
We do not collect any other personally identifying information from users of our chatbots.
